Overview:
Given a video sequence scanning a static scene, a panoramic image can be constructed whose field of view is the entire scene. Since each region in the panorama is covered by many overlapping image segments, its resolution can be enhanced. Since the alignment used for mosaicing is usually not accurate enough at every overlapping pixel for super-resolution, an additional alignment stage is performed after the mosaicing stage.
1. A panorama is constructed.
2.  for each strip in the panorama:
     a. The location of the strip in different frames is computed.
     b. These strips are aligned to the strip in the panorama.
     c. A super resolution algorithm (Such as  Peleg and Irani's) is applied on the aligned strips.
